| GOLDIE is now living in Queensland. She is the boss of the household. Hi Pat, update on Goldie. Took her about 20 seconds to establish herself at the top of the pecking order. The Ridgeback is scared witless - she keeps nipping at his heels! He no longer sleeps with his Granny during the day - he is too scared to go in there! Don't need a burglar alarm - she has barked at every rustling leaf in a 5 km radius! She is as bossy as all get out. She is gorgeous and loves her Granddad and he is besotted. She sleeps on his lap every night. Next time you have a dog to place - would you let us know first. If the timing doesn't suit, we will let you know, but if possible, could we have first refusal? I don't expect that we would be looking for another dog in the next 2 years, but after that, we may be starting to look again. kind regards, the Masters |
